Cookies
This website uses no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no visitor tracking of any kind — which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner either.
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may temporarily set a technical security cookie if its protection systems suspect automated traffic. Such a cookie is used only to protect the site and never for marketing or profiling.
What data we collect
- Contact form data: your name, e-mail address, company name (if you provide one), the topic you select and the text of your message.
- Technical data: when the form is submitted we record the time of the request, the IP address and the country code. These are used only to prevent spam and abuse.
Server logs may briefly retain standard technical information about requests (IP address, browser type). It is not linked to an identified person and is not used for analytics.
Why we process it
We process the data you submit solely in order to prepare and send a reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); for correspondence about possible cooperation, our legitimate interest in responding to a proposal we received (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use this data for marketing, do not add you to any mailing list and do not pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter, and no longer than 12 months after the last message, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
Who the data may be shared with
The data is accessible only to Baltmer Group staff responsible for answering the enquiry. Our technical processors are the website and e-mail service providers (Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and protection; our e-mail provider — message delivery). We have data processing agreements in place with them; data is processed in the EU or under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to erase your data or restrict its processing.
- Withdraw your consent (this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal).
- Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
